Most of our products contain common allergens such as soy, wheat, and dairy. Since many labels are in Japanese, we provide translated ingredient lists on each product page to help you shop safely.
What happens if my candy melts during transit?
While we pack our items carefully, we cannot control the temperature during shipping. We recommend choosing express shipping for chocolate products during summer months, as we do not offer refunds for heat-damaged items.
