Returns & Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of our imported snacks, we accept returns on non-food items or unopened packages within 14 days of delivery. We are committed to ensuring your Japanese candy experience is delightful and will replace any items damaged during transit.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate a Request
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return or report as damaged.
- 2.Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a shipping label if applicable.
- 3.Pack Your Items
Securely place the unopened products in their original packaging to ensure they are not crushed during the return journey.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once your return is inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
